Yes. Current models are CE certified and ship with export documentation. Before your order we confirm the homologation status for your specific market, so there are no surprises at customs.
Typical lead time is 30–45 days from order confirmation, depending on configuration and destination. We give you a firm delivery window before you pay, and you can track the shipment from factory to port.
We accept bank transfer, Stripe and PayPal. For fleet and wholesale orders we agree a payment schedule with your sales contact — typically a deposit and balance on dispatch.
Frames are covered for 36 months, battery and motor for 24 months against manufacturing defects. Full terms are in our Warranty Policy — and your statutory rights are never affected.

Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all orders placed with GODA EV. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Orders and quotations
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to final confirmation.
- An order is confirmed only after written acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed deposit.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are quoted per unit and exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer, Stripe or PayPal as agreed for each order.
3. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and begin from order confirmation.
- Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country.
4. Inspection
The buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us in writing of any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours, with supporting photos.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains your rights to cancel and return a product.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing within the withdrawal period.
2. Return conditions
- The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return results from our error or a defective product.
- We reserve the right to deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
3. Process
- Contact sales@goda-ev.com to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product to the address provided, with the return authorization number clearly visible.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
4. Damaged or defective goods
If goods arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights and our warranty policy.

Warranty Policy

Every GODA vehicle is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as set out below.
1. Warranty coverage
- Frame: covered against manufacturing and material defects for 36 months from the date of purchase.
- Battery: covered for 24 months, limited to manufacturing defects and abnormal capacity loss (below 70% of rated capacity) under normal use.
- Motor: covered for 24 months against manufacturing defects.
- Other electrical components: covered for 12 months.
2. What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including tires, brake pads and consumable parts.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper charging, unauthorized modification or failure to follow the user manual.
- Damage caused by third-party components or repairs not authorized by GODA EV.
3. Warranty service
- To make a claim, contact sales@goda-ev.com with your order number, serial number, photos and a description of the issue.
- We will assess the claim and, where covered, repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.
- Shipping of warranty parts is arranged on a case-by-case basis and stated in our response.
4. Statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
